Aga Michalak

I am the Head of Marketing, BD & ESG at JinkoSolar EU. With a double master’s degree, an MSc in Marketing and Business Development and an MA in International Business, I have over 15 Years of experience in international marketing in global companies across various industries: FMCG, medical devices, and fast-moving consumer electronics. I have a proven track record designing effective and purpose-driven communication strategies, building brand equity, advocating for internal and external stakeholders, and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams. I have centred my career around creating new methodologies and platforms to build relationships between brands and people. I am passionate about H2H communication and working strategically and operationally to connect the dots between complex concepts and meaningful messaging while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. I am passionate about leading with empathy and authenticity and empowering the next generation of leaders in the solar industry. I was named JinkoSolar Employee of the Year in 2022, but my most significant and most rewarding prize comes from my daughter Anna and her Peppa Pig awards.
