Lead the Way: Become a Hub Ambassador
Do you want to spark connections and make an impact in your country? Step up and become a Country Hub Ambassador — your opportunity to organise events, lead initiatives, and represent your country within our Europe-wide network. As a Hub Ambassador, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating change and leading your local clean energy future.
Perks of Becoming a Hub Ambassador:
- Recognition and Visibility: Gain recognition on our platform and within the broader clean energy community.
- Resources: Access tools, guides, and leadership resources to enhance your impact and professional growth.
- Exclusive Networking Opportunities: Build strong connections with a network of Ambassadors and like-minded leaders across Europe.
- Addional Discounts on Trainings: your critical role within the WiSEu community is rewarded with exclusive discounts on training sessions.
- Support: Benefit from the WiSEu Network’s support, processes, standards, sessions and resources to help you successfully lead and manage your activities.
Requirements to Become a Hub Ambassador:
- Strong Network & Communication Skills: Ability to connect with and engage professionals in the renewable energy industry.
- Leadership & Event Orsanization: Proven experience or willingness to lead initiatives and help organise events that unite and inspire others.
- Desire to Make an Impact: A passion for driving positive change in the clean energy sector and empowering women in the industry.
- Recruitment & Mentorship: Ability to recruit and support Circle Leads, helping to build and grow a strong local community.
- Commitment to the Growth Plan: Must be subscribed at least to the Grow Plan to ensure active involvement and access to the necessary resources.
Estimated Time Investment as a Hub Ambassador:
Initial Phase (Building Circles and Establishing Leadership): Expect a higher time commitment during the first few months as you recruit Circle Leads and establish your local community. This may initially take 6-8 hours per month.
Ongoing Commitment (After Circles are Established): Once your Circles are set up and running smoothly, the time commitment reduces to around 2-3 hours per month. This includes maintaining communication with Circle Leads, organising periodic meetings, and ensuring active participation within the network.
WiSEu Support: To make your role easier, WiSEu provides a library of pre-designed sessions for monthly or bimonthly gatherings with Circle Leads. These resources are ready for you to pick and choose from, ensuring you can facilitate impactful sessions without starting from scratch.
